My role: Graphic Designer & Marketing Associate
The Tykhe Game Project is a game where players collect cards of their favorite characters from various popular franchises like Star Wars, Marvel, and DC to name a few. Its gameplay is set on the social media chat platform Discord.
From 2020 to 2023, I worked as a designer for the game and created marketing material. Mycontributions helped lead to a 4 thousand player increase, and a strong player community.
One of my biggest contributions was creating a mascot for our game. This gave our game a face to associate with and some iconography.
She took on the look of a casino worker, as our card game is based on luck and socialization. Purple and Blue were the main highlight colors, aligning with Tykhe’s logo and brand colors.
Player Reception:
The community of the Tykhe Game was incredibly receptive to the mascot, so much so that players started making fanart of her. Below are some emojis created by the community, and are used constantly within that community.

Video: Tutorial and Announcement
I created the tutorial and announcement video for Tykhe, describing how the game works and showcasing the franchises it would be including at launch.
I planned for the video to be a livestream that was announced and teased for a week leading up to its release, so that when it finally premiered, we would have a significant number of viewers during its premiere. The video ended up reaching over 2 thousand views over time.
Video: Movie Category Announcement
Months after Tykhe successfully launched, our team was hard at work at creating a brand new category with cards for players to collect: movies. When it was all ready to launch, I helped create an announcement video.
Like the tutorial video, our team decided to announce this livestream a week in advance, gathering hype and gaining interest from our players to tune into this livestream.
Themed Profiles
Profiles are customizable images where players can show off 3 favorite cards along with their own statistics.
I designed thematic profiles inspired from various franchises, so that the popularity of those franchises can help boost Tykhe’s visibility to non-players.
