Tykhe Profile Designs

**Tykhe** is a digital card-collecting game on the chat platform Discord that I work on with my friends. Players collect cards of their favorite characters from all different franchises and different mediums, from games, movies, to TV shows.
**Profiles** for Tykhe are image templates where players can set their favorite cards on and show off their personal statistics.

Initial Profiles:

Initial profiles designs for our game were rather dull and bland, with very simple designs and colors that didn’t seem as appealing as they could be, as shown below:

Players themselves set what cards they would like to display on the profile.

The number and color of stars on top represent the card’s rarity, with 5 purple stars being very rare.

On the left side, their statistics are displayed, along with a logo of what affiliation they would like to choose.

Final Profiles:

I wanted to make more enhanced profiles with sleeker designs and more details that are thematically connected with different franchises of all mediums.

Using each franchises’ visual aesthetics from marketing material, UI design, and overall imagery, I was able to design more grand profiles that captured players’ attention and allowed players to connect more with their beloved franchise.
